This section is all about my growing passion for wellness of the body and mind. I’m looking to push my limits beyond what I have ever done before. I am getting more into fitness, yoga, and trying out the Wim Hof method.

There will be blogs and updates on my wellness journey, the different therapies that I try. I’ve already tried at home workout programs, cryotherapy, rolfing, and bodywork, I plan on blogging about those experiences and new ones that I have along the way. I’m really looking forward to getting into a sensory deprivation tank, heck I may even figure out how to build my own. And there will be the occasional everyday things like dirt therapy and how I tend to a vegetable garden, it’s a skill that my parents have been teaching me over the past few years, it’s a lot more work that I thought it would be.
